It's called changing up some parts of the songs to make it your own different song. All songs need to start from somewhere, and the easiest thing to do is to take from someone elses song and change it up. All songs are like this now, so there's actually no thing called a "biggest ripoff". I bet even Bruno Mars got some of his inspirational ideas from someone else.

The truth is that artists, looking for success and a quick grab at money tend to emulate the formulas of successful songs, or hits.
