agudelo ; Tennessee and Mississippi have tough environmental laws like NJ, asbestos shingles and siding are the cause. NJ dosent hate Fire and Police they like clean air, water, and having an environmentally friendly state.
nice video, only if new jersey allowed their depts to create live burns like this for training. im a volunteer for Winslow Twp Fire Dept in Camden County NJ. we cnt light notthing on fire even if its for a really interesting/useful training session. this state hates its fire and police wrkers
Okay everyone..ease up on the comments. This was a training burn that had reached the end of it's usefulness . They let it burn to the ground on purpose.
ahhhh yea lets all stand on the side of the road and watch....only see 1 line...would have def had more engines there...and bigger lines and woulda been out in no time
Very clear that this house is VACANT with full involvement and minimal exposures
water supply seems to be an issue as well. Fire crews are doing a proper defensive attack, except they are parked inside the exposure corridor the truck should have been moved to the A-B corner for a safer exposure attack. Too much traffic road should have been shut down to allow for better ops and safety.
The FD should use this situation for P.R.: post signs that say something like, "Check your smoke alarm". It's a busy road and they have everyone's attention.
the point of doing live burns is to drill and learn.... not have two handlines in place and just let it go... those two handlines are like pissing on a bon fire.. nothings getting done... i dont get why they would just let it go and burn to the ground... at least make the stop and use all that training and practice... just my opinion

so what caused this? people have videos of houses on fire and never tell us what the cause was.
TheWaynelds 11 months ago
My question is... as fully involved as this house is, why would u even waste water trying to put it out??? Just let the mother fucker burn!

I was going to say, If they are actually FIGHTING this fire, they should have 3-5 guys inside pounding the base of it from the front door......
I get now why they had one guy with a hose sprinkling water on it.....

It's called a burn to learn. Firefighters practice putting out fires inside. When the house is no longer useable, they let it go.
