Epic Win on Desmond's part though. Best character on the show; I'm so glad he made it to the finale, and I hope he survives that and gets to live happily ever after with Penny and Charlie.

The show is about survival - if love is the key to this as penny suggest then surely the whole thing is going to end with all the two timelines fusing as a result of their love - shannon and sayid, penny and desmond, jack and kate, locke and helen, michael and walt, daniel and charlotte, rose and bernard, sun and jin - this show deals with some complex stuff but break it down and it simple - its about love.
