  • lol funniest licence term is ''i will not use this product to manufacture nuculear weapons''

  • I want to have a "Listen to the EULA" button after an iTunes update!

  • The first minute and half is Apple's EULA if Shakespeare had written it for the opening soliloquy in Richard III. And Lawrence Olivier couldn't have delivered the lines any better then Dreyfuss does here.

  • All, if you click on the CNET link you can watch the full discussion with an attorney who writes EULA's that CNET brought in for their Reporter's Roundtable. (reveal full description "show more" to find the link).

  • i'm pretty sure EULAs are not legally binding, since there is no signature, and there is no way for Apple to prove who agreed to the licence.

  • @MoldytoasterMedia You're wrong.

  • @Sashaofspain An EULA isn't a legally binding contract because it's not a contract. It's an agreement between two parties, and it's set up in a way that the license holder really doesn't have any rights within the agreement, but it's not actually a legally binding document.

  • I wonder if apple is gonna come after him for unauthorized use of the Apple EULA.....

  • =^~~^=

Did he get a free MacBook Pro for this?

Apple® Genius ...thinking out off of the screen advertising...!

  • I think that I am familiar with the fact that you are going to ignore this particular problem until it swims up and BITES YOU ON THE ASS!

  • This was freaking awesome! Please, make a video like this for the Constitution of the United States!

  • Genius!
