First, They talk in english and they then tell what they said. But most finns speak some english. It's a language we start at second class and then continue it until 16, when we can choose to continue or not.

But only few speak english as good as I :) maybe 25% speak understandable english

Those two are esteemed reporters in Finland but Finnish people of note are also noteworthy because of their utterly hideous vocalization of near every word in the english vocabulary. Conan's funny as shit, again. :D

As for people saying how the Finnish presenters sound weird, it's entirely subjective - I imagine English sounds pretty dumb to speakers of other languages.
