I love how they don't try to make it as realistic as possible but rater try to go for a cartoon/realistic look. In 30 years these craphics won't be horrible like in the games made in 2000. because it's cartoony you can't judge the graphics. it can be a little laggy though but it's so fun to play.

well that's because it doesn't.. kinda. there are around 17,750,000 possible COMBINATIONS. they don't all exist at one single time in the game. what happens is when you kill an enemy, a weapon is randomly generated with different parts that were created. so, in short, there aren't really 18 million guns, but there are a lot of permutations that allow for a seemingly infinite amount of them.
skill levels for each gun depending on how mutch yu use them plus achievements for getting loads of gun for each gun except alien(achievement give exp)
youve obv not played the first THREE fallout games Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics so ill bring you up to speed, things they missed in the fallout games was, humour, the lack of towns and the variety of people in them, there was only 2 whilst the previous 3 games had many towns, the wide variety of weapons, the previous games were far more tactical, the Super mutants were threatening and not as stupid as there are in F-3, the robots were tough, I could go on but im saying fallout 3 IS NOT fallout

This game will be absolutely amazing! I hear the exploriable world is suppose to be over 5x bigger than oblivion's world! :D Also the weapons count is up in the 2-3 millions (armor, clothing, and accessories are also quite high in count). Customizable vehicles as well (not sure how much but it should be a good amount). The environment is also constantly changing due to weather, erosion, creatures, and people! Guaranteed 100+ hours of pure awesome :D

I'm gonna be honest I'm glad they changed the Art style. When I first heard about this game, I thought the premise was cool but the graphics looked too boring and brown and grey. There was almost no variation. Now that they've made the game have this pseudo-cell shaded look to it and I really like the way it turned out.

Personally, I like the graphics. They add a gritty feel to the game and sort of add to the lighthearted attitude it puts on.

I'm gonna be honest I'm glad they changed the Art style. When I first heard about this game, I thought the premise was cool but the graphics looked too boring and brown and grey. There was almost no variation. Now that they've made the game have this pseudo-cell shaded look to it and I really like the way it turned out.

sure i would, but the graphics for this aren't total crap like you are saying they are. the graphics look fine. if the graphics we so shitty it would affect my enjoyment of the gam, then i wouldn't even bother giving it much more attention (unless they improved it later on in development). it also looks relatively the same as it did before, except now it's cel-shaded and has a black outline on everything. i don't see why so many people think it looks like crap.

13 looked like a cartoon yet was one of the best FPS's ive ever played next to goldeneye and COD4 so did Killer7 and that worked goddamn well, cartoon style does not make the game any worse if anything it adds to the game, this game didnt look realistic before it looked like every other game that tries to be realistic. and if your not interested in a game that has an art style that is different, then thats just being narrow minded.

they changed the look because they wanted the place to look nice, seriously thats what they said. I am ok with it although i would prefer for it to be what it was before simply because of the setting. but who really cares that much graphics are graphics and art style is art style they affect eachother but they aren't the same things, stop being a bunch of jackasses!
