  • Hi Amber! I've been doing Weight Watchers for 11 months ...I've only lost about 19.2 pounds but I feel thats alot I want to lose 20 more pounds but im doing it a step at a time....my next goal is 10 more pounds off my hot bod. haha jk that was a joke but still i want to be hot and sexy by summer what is that like 4 -5 months i can do this!!! i just have to track all my points i eat in one day and hopefuly lose every week at weight watcchers go WLL

    I haven't watched the WLL videos in a long time.

    I just started doing low carb again a week ago.  This week went really well, which was awesome. Weighed myself for the first time today and was 240. Lots to lose. /sigh

  • i gained 4 pounds the first weekend of the year and i lost it all by the end of the month. i am so focused and motivated.

  • with exercise i think sometimes we start out all gungho and fizz out because we get sore and tired from busting it out.... i think sometimes we just need to make moving everyday even for a few minutes a habit til we grow it into a challenge...gonna go ahead and post my exercise habit video as response if that is ok?

  • Hey you should get just dance on the wii its really FUN... I am like you I struggle to get motivated to exercise but watching these videos really helps. I dont make videos but I have lost 5lbs since December I know its not much and I can do better. But I know I can do this..

  • Why am I watching? I have seen all other WLL videos so why not? Maybe I can pick up a thing or two.

    I don't make videos, but have lost 139 lbs since 1/1-09, started pretty high at 360 ish though.

    I have been doing pretty bad this year, you could call it a platou, but I have lost fat weight, but gained muscle mass, I did start to train again so that is why. But it is good for the old metabolism and I will get to goal in 2010. I only have 62 lbs left.

  • I lost cca 3 kg, but I haven't started at the begging of 2010, but later. I have 6-7 kg to go. And I was exercising 2 times a week, but now I found new free exercises via my faculty, so I'll probably be exercising 3-5 times a week. :)

  • I don't make videos.

    I lost 12Ibs in January.

  • I am having a hard time getting motivated again. I have a grade three sprain in my little toe and it's really keeping me from doing my walking and Zumba that I was doing. I just started a brand new job and I think I am now ready to start making videos again!

    just focus on one day at a time to get back on track. If you can't exercise, at least eat right. you will still see progress that way. Hope you get better soon hun <3 Amber

  • Good for you! You have amazing eyes!!! I am doing great! My first weigh in for this month i lost 3lbs! Started off at 308lbs 1/5/10 now I am 295.6 yay!!!

  • GIrl thanks for the continual motivation. I've been trying to get this 20 lbs off for 3 years. Been plowing through this month, and you girls (and Jason) are REALLY helping me keep at it. Been doing lots of raw fruits and veggies and getting back to the elliptical in my bedroom. Thanks luv <3
