We need to be more aware of what we use in our daily lives . I eat organic produce and I use non toxic cleaners in my home . I have noticed a general feeling of better health over the last 3 years of doing this . I also got a filter on my shower and a Culligan water dispenser for only 45 bucks . I only pay 1 dollar for 5 gallons of filtered water instead of the enormous cost of bottled water .
