hello guys, could anybody put together a complete translation (with the intro & the verse at 3:22) please? I´ve started a course of Russian, but I´m still just a beginner. And yes, I do know ukrainian is not russian. Grandma was from Ukraine, but actually moved all around Russia (meaning really all around, since some kins are living in Nakhodka). And she said once I speak russian it´s a matter of accent and very few words to understand and would come naturally... So far, it does not. Thanks!

I know about corruption, and I have been to Poland 5 times mostly in Warsaw. Ukraine needs more time to get rid of the criminal element. The mafia and bribes are left from the Soviet Union, in Russia it is the same. Poland went through many transformations also before it got better. You had people in Сейм and nobles fighting for power for centuries and Ukraine had just came out from the fall of the Soviets. I'm a native Ukranian speaker. And in Ukranian you can put verb anywhere you want.

And Ukranian is not Russian! And their grammar is different! Ye there are some same words, but most of them are read in different way and very often mean absolutly different things in these 2 languages... And people who know only Russian don't understand Ukranian! They can understand only few words which are the same... But not the sense of that what was said...

My native language is Russian because I leave in the east of Ukraine, and I know Ukrainian very well as our official language.

In both this languages word order isn't stable. If you're learning Russian you should know that you can change the place of every word in the sentence. But doing so, you must be very carefull. Word order, along with the sentence stress and intonation could change the very meaning of your words.

For example, "I love you"

You can say either "Ya tebia liubliu" or "Ya liubliu tebia" or "Luibliu ya tebia" or "Luibliu tebia ya". But all these sentences, even said in a smooth voice, have different meanings. If you add sentence stress and intonation, you add thousand new meanings. Russian and Ukrainian are very emotional languages. We can express our every thought with just one sentence.
