Abandoning free market Capitalism and finding that middle ground I agree with. After all, look at where we are because of it, it does nothing but create an illusion and cripple the economy/country. But it's difficult finding this middle ground. Capitalism shouldn't be abandoned simply because it's Western. If we abandon it you do realise we won't have any chance of bettering ourselves/economic growth right? It's a system used world wide. Not an ideal one, but that's just how shit is.
You blame them BUT it's not their fault? You need to look at the definition of blame booboo.
There is no way we could have defended ourselves against the invasion of the whites/British, end of. We didn't have the strength.
But I do agree that right now, it's time to fuck all that bullshit and focus on how to rebuild our nation. I say, keep the British system - it's been working for Britain hasn't it? - If it's worked for Britain is will work for us. It's far too late to start over.

Do you have it better than most in Zimbabwe? I would think most people in Zimbabwe wouldn't have access to the Internet.
In regard to the comments, you need a government which will enforce contract & property rights FIRST to build an economy.
