No actually, A monks may eat Meat. It depends on that Buddhist culture. The Buddha never disapprove eating meat. And theres Ten Precepts you should follow if your a buddhist monk or a nun or a diciple. Only a Lay-Men follows 5 or 8 depending on him or her. I will tell you them in my next comment. You may already know but others my not.
@onlinedesignbureau from what iv heard being bald is a sign of being a "skin head" i think its a gang or something but my brother shaves his head and my mom says that every time he gets it that way " Some people might think your a skin head" wired hu?

Adinnādānā veramaṇī sikkhāpadaṃ samādiyāmi. - I undertake the training rule to abstain from taking what is not given
Kāmesumicchācāra veramaṇī sikkhāpadaṃ samādiyāmi. - I undertake the training rule to abstain from sexual misconduct.
Musāvādā veramaṇī sikkhāpadaṃ samādiyāmi. - I undertake the training rule to abstain from false speech.
