Mill's Mess - 3 ball trick tutorial

For this to look good, the trailing ball should go over the wrist like in the Windmill, not straight up. It needs to be fluid and have the appearance of a snake chasing it's tail. This is a very poor Mills Mess.

You know,, The Mills Mess is in fact the same as the Cascade, but with the Mills Mess you keep crossing your arms!
