Electrosmog is all around us, increasingly. All the more reason to understand what the dangers are – these dangers are underplayed by our governments and mainstream media. Everybody can do something to reduce their radiation exposure, I try and help people by explaining how they can do this.
My tip is not to worry. Worrying is far more harmful.

@MrsZambezi I am not suggesting that you worry, I am suggesting that you be aware that there are dangers and know how to minimize those dangers.

what about text messages?

@joao199champ Texting is better than talking, but you are still exposing yourself to intermittent relatively high doses of radiation.

Even if you give up your cell phone completely, you still
get radiation from the cell towers. We live in a world now
of technology/communication/radiation life style. When you
fly on an airplane their is a lot of radiation. The scanners at
the airports produce a lot radiation, even thought the TSA
say their is not a lot of radiation in them.
I educate people on this and they don't wanna hear it.
