here we check the quality of honey by dropping a few drops in room temperature water. it should not dissolve. if it is mixed with sugar syrup, droplets will start dissolving and loose their shape

You can't help clearing your throat. It doesn't bother me. :) That is silly if people are complaining about that. I enjoyed the video. I get honey from a friend that is a beekeeper. Every time I feel a cold coming on, I take 3 or 4 tablespoons a day, and it helps very much.
