Also the point you made about the supporting player being too far to the side was wrong, if she had taken 2 steps back towards her own goal she could have intercepted the pass
What about the girl who just swung at the ball, her body position was wrong, she should have been more side on and lower in her stance. also she should have been more patient. The first rule is to delay the oppositions attack to enable other team-mates (including ones off screen) to make recovery runs and therefore becoming more compact as a team.

i have to concur with the other guys, this vid is not very helpful, the "supporting" player should not even let the attacker to pass the ball
