right so i have a question. from what i understand Chanters are a support class, they DPS and heal and Buff, now my only question is if i go into PVP am i going to get owend by everyclass ??

and i heard something about switching out set's of something to go from DPS to Heals (sorry for the wow terms lol) is this somewhat done easy if you have the gear. or are you stuck with healboting in raids :( TY! and nice vids

Gear is Chinese Aion is pretty straight forward... There is not a lot of gear designed with just a Chanter in mind... But you socket it to favor what you are wanting it to have more of...  Depending on your playstyle and level, it will vary on what stones best to use...

I know they are a priest archetype, but people say that they couldn't solo heal a group. So, are they supposed to be an all around support class, helping out healing, dps, and tanking? And how does that flexibility play out in pvp?

hmm, u kinda right, chanter is a bit of everything only, "all around support class" although most of the time i solo heal a group, but it requires alot of work!!

as for flexibility in pvp, in a small pvp group, yes, but not alot.
