This match is from June 21, 1997, though I have found info about Jacobs having done the gimmick in the USWA in 1993.

@DarkMurderer38: WWE had been working with the USWA going back to 1993. His last match as Diesel II took place on April 12, 1997. The LOD d. Diesel II and Leif Cassidy (Al Snow) at the Kazma Sporting Club in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Kane debuted at WWF IYH 18: Badd Blood, 10/5/97, interfering in the UT-HBK HIAC match. UT should have won that match and THEN Kane should have attacked him. Match, then angle, but then HBK would have done the J.O.B. on the PPV, so that was out of the question. :P
