It's kinda like a fog machine except uses dry ice instead of fog "juice". The lower half of the pea souper gets filled with water, and heats up. Then theres a basket near the top where you put the try ice in. Then you simply lower the basket into the water and it creates this affect. :-D

ohhh. i have a dry ice maker and drop it in crock pots full of hot water so pretty much the exact same thing
