This is Taiwanese master Liao Wu Chiang. The form is either the Souther Taizuquan monkey set (or one of them) or his personal style "Stone Killer Monkey boxing"

@baubaul don't get me wrong this gentleman has good technique, but you have put xing yi quan monkey as the title and it has nothing to do with xing yi quan at all, it is monkey boxing.
@egglot12 Master Liao was about 70 years old when this was filmed. His last TV interview (that I know of) was when he was 92 and still living with his six wives, the last one 60 years younger than him. THAT is the power of kung fu that I aspire to!
