dogs and cats can be vegetarians and if their owners let them have vegeterian food, soy based pet food etc they easily reach 25 years old. The oldest cat I know of died when it was 20 years old, if they see 15 i'd say they are lucky so this means vegetarian diet adds up %66 to originally carnivore pet lives.

Actually, if you look at the history, Canadians hunted the seal population from approx 30 million down to 4 million. Not great management.And clubbing baby seals to death isnt anything to be proud of. It shows how nasty and evil humans can really be.

Clubbing any living baby to death for its skin is a discrace.The white coats lose their coats within two weeks.I have worked with SeaShepherd for awhile now and have never seen or heard any crew member do anything nasty or evil towards any species,mammal or human.All the crew ive met and worked with are lovely people.

Delve a bit, and you will see that the Canadian Coast Guard does not impound foreign vessels lightly. They only do it if they have good reason, such as the endangerment of our citizens, or the flouting of our sovereign laws by internationally despised criminals (SSCS crew and staff, your heroes). And i wouldnt have much confidence in the Canadian Coast Guard to get anything rite anyhow. The coast guard stepped in after the Seashepherd crew were attacked on the ice for trying to film the hunt in international waters.One crew member was hit in the face with a club.Really violent of Seashepherd to film and all ok for the fisherman to hit the guy in the face aye.Wierd what people think is ok.

The Faroe island police fired BULLETS and tear gas at Sea Shepherd. Sea Shepherd only used a 'line-rifle' which fires a line out to try to entangle the police inflatables outboard motor.
Both Faroe islands police and whaling community failed to provide ANY video evidence supporting their accusations against Sea Shepherd.
Also the SSCS ship was not called the Farley Mowat - it was the Ocean Warrior.
The Ocean Warrior repelled the attack successfully!

dogs and cats can be vegetarians and if their owners let them have vegeterian food, soy based pet food etc they easily reach 25 years old. The oldest cat I know of died when it was 20 years old, if they see 15 i'd say they are lucky so this means vegetarian diet adds up %66 to originally carnivore pet lives.

As a native of Iceland I cannot agree with all the Japanese comments on these videos. Sea Shepherd are clearly not pirates or terrorists which is why they operate internationally for decades. Japan should just quit their research whaling and declare it commercial whaling and stop telling lies which damage them even more. If you sell whale meat that you have caught it is commercial whaling! follow our friend Norways example and tell the truth!

kanaya..thats not true..netherlands will not condem sea shepherd..the people of holland love sea shepherd. we have just voted him to get our national lottery profits..under dutch law all profits must be giving to charity...now sea shepherd has this lottery money..we are talking millions. that means more boats. more boats means less whales killed...less whales killed means low profits for whalers. which means no more whale slaughter. sea shepherd has already won.

Go onto any video of seashepherd members boarding the whaling ship, you can clearly see from both sides them being tied up. what else is he lying about? how can you follow anything his says?

I understand you hate seashepherd alot, but lets look at the wider picture - Antarctic WHALING.
- How can you dissmiss the IWC whale sanctuay?
- How can you deny over half the world? including all antarctic treaty members except norway and japan.
- the IWC and the antarctic treaty asked japan to stop and they should of respected that. otherwise whats the point of japan in the antarctic treaty and signing that they will protect its enivorment state.
