  • I love doing those lunges coupled with pasing the bell around, but found the standing on one leg before bench pressing was a little challenging as my balance is SHOCKING :-) but getting better because of this move! Great vid Char!

  • yeah just did it ther at 1pm :) nice routine...love the shoulder press at the end..what weight was ur bell? i was only using the 8 kg one today..first time doing the routine so.... but def felt i can lift more..enjoyed it.. added it into my circuit 10 each leg for 1.5 min..NICEEE!!! :P

  • good work! I use an 11 for this as I find the 1 legged press tricky with a 14, but am working on it ; ) Let me know if there's any body areas or facets of fitness you'd like to work on and I'll shoot you some new vids.

  • err..didnt say 1 leg press was EASY now hehe!something like a new born calf afterwords! lol! I use the fig 8 as part of warm up also..should the movements i use be explosive to promote fat/weight loss?
