What you're talking about occurs in volume 10 of the manga, and Yuki only thinks it. Sadly, the anime only goes up to about volume 6 of the manga, so the scene is not in the anime. =(

tohru doesn't suit yuki. machi suits yuki. perfectly. they had such alike childhoods and understand each other. the reason kyo gets angry at tohru is because he feels responsible for kyoko's death, because he didn't hold her back and saved himself over kyoko. in the manga, kyo warms to tohru, and even in vol 1, tohru said that she'd always loved year of the cat. people, read the manga. yuki and machi all the way! they're so cute together!! :D

2) IT IS A FACT in most manga, the most popular person with the fans ALWAYS wins the girl. THAT is probably why the mangaka made the 'mother' thing occur, as Kyo was more popular at the time. Understood?

No, in fact, quite a lot of people, can't. If it weren't for dubbed versions, my brother (who's 13) wouldn't be able to watch anime, or at least, there'd be no point as he'd have no idea what's going on. I did not say that I hate dubbed versions I just said that I prefered the subbed ones. The dubbed ones sound really wierd when you are used to the real thing.
