I was one of those children, but my parents did not get it taken care of properly so it laid dormant for many years but would appear every now and again. My parents thought it was swollen glands.. Now at age 50 I started to have problems with keeping my head straight.
By 54 I got it so sever I was put on disability with the correct DX. I also have a slight tremor.

i have seen a child he was having a spasm in one side of his neck and he was looking to the rigtht and upward.he is 3 years and the spasm is periodic
