  • I really admire what you can do with your upper body. I can't do any of this. But the suggestion I will make is that you need to work a bit more with your legs as well. Squats/lunges etc would make your body more proportionate.

  • Amazing strength! To access bend in lower back, I suggest you do cobra with bent elbows. by varying the hand position forward and backward, and the degree of bend of the elbows, you can move the bend into the various areas of the spine. When you are used to feeling the middle back, you can find the bend in other positions.
