Thanks excellent Ukemi. I hope you can help me, when i practice Mae Ukemi i have a tendancy to slap arm even when just performing warm up rolls at beginning of class is this correct or should i just roll.
@panther1412 no, it is better to slap your arm because it takes the shock from the rest of the body, its either your arm or your back basically, i was taught this by seventh dan shihan ken robson
