Well say tank has 40k fully buffed hp. He is being hit constantly for 5-10k and the boss who is being tanked in the video has a special ability, i think its called rune punch or something, which hits tank for about 20k so the healers need to time heals for when this lands ect.

Most fights do not require MT to be spam healed throughout though.

fushion punch - the punch itself is not much for a tank, its the debuff that it leaves after, which is a possible 1-2 hit will kill the tank if not cleansed immedietly

the only thing i clicked is righteous fury. Basically i dont have all my keys binded on the PTR for obvious reasons, the talents change every week or so. I forgot to refresh righteous fury before fight resulting in aggro loss. I had to refresh it and its not something i binded :)

nah, the little one (who casts chain lightning) randomly attacks members of the group, even if you taunt him or build aggro on him he will continue to attack random targets. He can be silenced or interrupted tho. He casts an approx. 15-20 yard aoe every now and then. The middle sized one drops a green circle on the ground at random places in the room after the 1st one of the 3 bosses dies.
