  • I think you're almost there! Admittedly I have no experience with these things, but it looks like you just need a little more strength in the shoulders or upper back - not sure. Your balance is there, looks like. Anyway I'm sure you know what you need to do - just wanted to offer encouragement. Good luck!

  • @nasaguy I'm actually not sure what I need to do.... but you're right the weakness is in the shoulders and back--probably hips too. I appreciate the support. I'll keep working on it. It really is a beautiful skill. I'm willing to wait for it.

  • how much negatives in the bar can you do?

  • @maxilata My form breaks down through that single set of 5-- so probably not many more than that.
