That's because it was. If I remember correctly, one or BOTH of MIAT's 737s were ex Ryanair. Flew on that bird twice (ULN-HKG). Named Khuubelai Khaan.

I find it fascinating to see the history of an aircraft i.e it's last owner(s), routes flown, production number etc. According to airfleets, EI-CSG flew was the only one to fly with Ryanair - from May 2000 to April 2008. This aircraft though has only been with MIAT and no previous owners. But you were right with one of them being ex-Ryanair. Thanks for posting.
