@alhaji314 I am sorry for your loss. i recommend that you firstly pat yourself on the back for "owning" your feelings. Anger is a natural stage in the grieving process but it is how we process and expre4ss that anger which may be destructive or constructive. Revenge is looking back- is retrospective- setting goals is looking forward. Revenge takes more from the giver than the taker, If we hold on to a hurt another has done to us we use valuable resources and energy on something the other person may well have forgotten. So unless we start everything from a positive state of mind with our emotions in balance we are doomed to struggle,, Thank you for your video it gives sound advice and many will think twice before hanging on to such a negative thing as revenge.
