It looks a little underweight. but not by much. You should be able to see the 2 ribs in the back on a boxer. A boxer optimal weight is around 28-32kgs.

@ZMorpheus It wasnt cruel it was just discipline. The dog obviously RESPECTS and TRUSTS his owner otherwise he would have just eaten it up. It teaches manners and respect to the dog, and gives him a challenge and some focus.

However, the cat was NOT happy to meet him and batted him in the face!! Safe to say, Fatboy was not as happy to meet him after that :-) Had the cat approached it differently, they definitely could have been friends.
