i'm so glad i found this video. it looks like a dish that I had at my friends son birthday party and i've been trying to make it ever since, but it wasn't quite the same. tried to find the recipe everywhere. i think it's the seasoning you're using. where can i find the seasoning and spices that you're putting in the chicken? can you please spell the seasoning and spice for me. @svcruz Hey i know its a year later but the seasonings are called ADOBO and sazon they sell it at most grocery stores. Also try Goya.com
