if a guy is very muscular he has been training since a long time and is not only looking strong, he IS strong,without power you cant get big muscles....and INTENSITY is very important, good bodybuilders can burden their muscles with low weights more than you with high weights because you only look on the weights but in fact you are much too weak to handle them RIGHT...when you go to gym forget your ego or you will hurt your body more than actually get stronger...
