the leafs are trying... signing kessel was a part of it but losing out on tyler seguin I think was a big mistake.. however adding kris versteeg to the mix should help kessel out.. they have a good defense adding phaneuf and his big ego but they need a #1 centre to add the scoring

Not sure if you noticed or not but he was out on the edge of the blue line, and his body was between the net and the puck, but for whatever reason the puck bounced off it's trajectory, pulled a corner and went in. The last part of the vid is the best angle to watch it from. It's just incredibly unfortunate, he did what he should have done.

"Would you rather take a wicked slapshot from between the hash marks or a bouncing puck from centre ice?"
and he always says,

Although he didnt have a great season this year,Toskala was great the last couple of games before he went into surgery.

Happiest aspect of this is that he guarded just fine for the rest of the game, and wasn't really a goat for it. Sometimes s**t just happens, and even some of the best can tense up wrong, or whatever.
