I was studying earthquakes in school and my Science teacher told us that Portland Oregon (were i live) has a 30 to 40% chance of getting a 9.0 earthquake or bigger.

@KnockoutMagic From 3 Grades to 6 it isn't considerated an Earthquake, now from 7 up to 12, it is an Earthquake, thought there hasn't been an earthquake heavier than 10 grades.

This is mostly true up until 2000 whn HARRP went online.. look at the readings on the depth of these new earth quakes if it 10K down or 35k down its man made earthquakes.. people see weird colors in the sky before the earthquake..that how HARRP works it by altering the natural flow of the atmosphere. most people dont believe we can make earthquakes but.. sorry to say its true.. :\. sucks too
