Thanks for most of the tips but I have gotta say that although fluride is safe for use on your teeth, it actually strengthens the enamel its really not that that makes it whiter! It can actually cause fluride mottling! Thats not pretty. My friend had it and paid a hell of a lot of money to have it corrected,,,,,

What kind of a dentist is that!! Fluoride is BAD for your teeth (and your health) . Do research and you'll see that fluoride is a poison used as pesticide. If its bad for your health why would u use it on your teeth? Don't advertise things you don't know about.

I am a dental student and the fluoride in the toothpaste DOESN' T whiten teeth. Fluoride strengthens enamel which is the top layer of your tooth. Let me explain without going into the molecular detail. The fluoride chemically replaces one of the molecules in enamel making it stronger. To much fluoride can cause patches of BROWN and WHITE on your teeth called fluoride mottling. Look it up and it is not pretty. Girl in the video, your teeth look white probably b/c you are brushing it more often.

They sell Bio Oil at like Duane Reade or CVS pharmacy. You can find it pretty easily but you should ask someone in the store as they are often hidden in the bottom shelf far into the store.

I use Bio Oil and it is an amazing product, it really rejuvenates your skin as well.

I use all over not just on scars and it keeps my skin looking youthful.

I'm yet to try it on acne scars because I have combination oily skin and since it is an oil... but I will try it to see how it goes.

I have bio oil too .. it works wonders! Honestly girls, especially when pregnant for strech marks on your tummy .. I had looaadss of them and was so embarassed but the bio oil takes the redness out of them and makes them totally not noticable .. hi))) u know, even if you wouldnt put any oil or creme on stretch marks, after a while redness would go away anyway! I have (had) stretch marks everywhere, I know everything about them, the only thing that really helps is a shea butter with rosehip oil and essential oils, and using it for a year, then you see real results!

Yes I know the redness does go away on its own eventually. I have had them for many many years and never used to use anything on them until I was told I should try bio oil to see a difference a bit quicker. It works for me so im happy =)

Agree, shea butter, essential oils - that's what really helps against stretches! Cos' redness will go away ANYWAY, whether you use creams or not, drink green or white tea or not.

So, there is nothing better than shea butter against stretch marks and essential oil against cellulite (not to mention sport, but that's only against cellulite)....

I have some large scars from skin cancer (i am only 23! - stay off the sunbeds girls) I used Bio Oil too on the second one and it is great.

I have also applied it to the ends of my hair and left it in overnight, I think it has helped prevent split ends!
