La differenza tra un weestern USA ed un film western made in Italy è che nel primo ci sono i buoni e i cattivi nel secondo sono tutti cattivi, o per lo meno non ci sono i buoni....!
There are two kinds of people in the world, my friend. Those who have a rope around their neck and those who have the job of doing the cuttingTut, tut. Such ingratitude after all the times I saved your life,The way I figure, there's really not too much future with a sawed-off runt like you.
One of the best actor's of all time ,first eastwood movie i saw was the good ,the bad and the ugly at the age of 7 and i was hooked true westren star, have all his movies,
when my band teacher made us play this I was wondering what the real thing sounds like, pretty cool. I can see why we did it for marching band now -.-
Our trumpets? Don't kid me, there were two of them, one is decent enough but isn't crazy like that, and the other sucks......Freshman & softmore....not really good enough or big enough to do that part
Classic... I was a young boy in the mid 80s and this movie blew my mind. Eastwood is the man. I watched this movie with my dad who told me how he saw this at a drive in back in the late 60s.
This movie is the best western movie of all time and times to come in movie history. No doubt about the soundtrack. Awesome, there no other word that I can think to discribe it.
It's an excellent movie with an all star cast. The opening scene is brilliant. I think I read that Leone wanted Bronson as the Tuco character in this movie.I can't imagine anyone other than Wallach.
You can't do movies like this nowadays. Before with Sergio Leone and Clint Eastwood... the movies were awesome, the crew was fantastic and even the soundtrack was one of the best piece of music you have ever listened in the history of cinema.
I've just watched the movie 5 minutes ago. Let me tell you people, it was one of the best movies I have ever seen! 5* movie! Sergio Leone is awesome! Certainly it went to History as one of the best and a classic spaghetti western.
Yeah I think it is because I bought a pack of 3 Spaghetti Westerns(it appears on the cover of the pack), that included The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.Still, spaghetti western or not, this was one of the best movies I ever seen in my life.
Lol, I remember when i was little, my dad used to watch this movie all the time and he would put the speakers volume up to maximum just for the intro of the movie.
this is one of my favorite movies. excellent music/sounds, great acting, wonderful characters and a thrilling story line. the pace is just perfect to enjoy a movie without the constant go-go-go affliction of current movies that have weak plots.
i actually learned that recently.i think the best give away though was how they portreyed the civil war in the west.our cannons wern't so diverse, also you can actually see how (and very well i might ad) they put english on them depsite the fact that their mouths didn't really meet the correct sylables at the right time.
Anyone ever seen that deleted scene ( Italy saw it, we didn't) when Eastwood is talking to Wallach, and it's a voiceover of someone imitating Eastwood?
GAAAH, it's so DAMN GREAT!!!! I miss the good old days when Clint Eastwood made westerns like this. Those were the real "good old days". Movies today don't even come close to Sergio Leone's spaghetti westerns.
