I love the subtext for dummies series - really! And I personally think, they are a couple...just haven't figured out yet since when. But I think season 6 makes their relationship pretty much clear. I'm going to write a paper about this... Thanks for posting these!!!!

@Angelvavy1 I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But Lucy, Renee, and Lucy's husband Rob Tapert (THE CREATOR OF THE SHOW) have all at one point or another said they were lovers. I dont think it is hard to gather that they were together if you have actually watched the show. The writers knew what they were doing when they wrote those scripts leading X & G in the subtext direction and I think the show was a bigger success because of it.
