im not hating on your niece BUT what i am saying is she is free to wear what she wants but im my eyes it didnt look to great because my mother has always raised me if you big or small keep you body covered up somewhat! you have to think if a 300 lb women wore that oufit that you would make a comment because thats just something that you dont wear in public. i drove 6 hrs to see this concert i live in southeast iowa and yes it was a great show but what women wear these days is digrating.

i went to this concert and this girl acted half dumb like she was drunk or something and her hair was all over the place! the concert was awesome but i have watched many videos on you tube and trust me i dont think he got anything off of this. if i was picked i would be all over it and thats why you dont wear like skirts like that!

She was in the front row [on the floor] and while Usher was performing another song, one of the dancers walked over to her and whispered something in her ear. She was completely calm. Moments later, another guy handed her the towel and then she was being led on stage. Either way, I loved his performance of this song.
