a crew of us used to go see you guys pretty much monthly between '99 -'01. I've not attended a show since then, but have been following your work though. it's far better than Maroon5, rooney, or coconut records, etc

Always loved Alex's voice, & the innocence & excitement it brings.

It's also nice to see Alex vegan, a change I made too around the same time! I haven't seen you in Portland since I moved. Come to us! We are the #1 vegan town!

every time i hear them play acoustic, i think that is how the song should be! then i get all romantic w/ the acoustics & i hear a song plugged in & i fall in love again

there was a beautiful song alex played @ a members only show (the one where The Like were introduced) solo. it was so soft & sad & beautiful. I've always had a soft spot w/ acoustic songs. bob dylan, elliott smith, billy corgan & alex are my favorite male artists to hear acoustic.

I so agree with you. It happens to me too, you know. I'll listen to Raise the Dead tomorrow and fall in love with all the songs, again and again. That's why Phantom Planet is amazing. :)
