I found the code and change the css styling sheet and I cant seem to move my logo to the right of the screen even though I added the html code for this.
hello, I loved the video about headers on thesis but I have come to one problem! If you look at the twitter image in the header it looks cool but no matter how I code for it to be a link it wont click! :(
I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS BUT IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!
HELP ME LISA PLEASE! :'(
I copied the code into the Custom File Editor, I entered the path of my image and when i refresh my site the tagline and default title disappear, but the header is just white as my background. I can click in the header region, so the hyperlink is active, but the image doesn't show for some reason and I'm so frustrated :( Please help me
great but what are the diminsions for the thesis header? its all dandy if you created your own css and upload it. but without the diminsions of my divs i cannot create elements that fit in them. i can hunt and peck but i think that would take hours.
any advice? i'm using thesis 1.8 and wp 3.1.
thanks to anyone who may reachout. but damn good tutorial.
Very happy to have found your channel, Lisa. I love your very clear style. I just got Thesis myself and am banging around trying to learn it. One question... When I go to Custom File Editor, all I get is a short little page, not the numbered list you show. When I click "Edit selected file", nothing changes. I'm referring to around 2:44 in your video. What newbie mistake am I making?
Very helpful indeed, as I am just about to finally upgrade to Thesis 1.7. However, how do you install Thesis locally? That would be a tremendous help to know, keep up the good work!
@PolygonreVue I put a link to that blog post that shows you how to install WordPress locally. Then you simply put the Thesis folder into your themes folder on your computer just like you would online.
Great video. I like it very much. Oh congrats on upgrading your thesis, but why you take so long? I upgraded as it was released. And your blog looks great, nice redesign
@hypetypex I'm never in a rush to upgrade unless there's a feature I really want. I was fine with 1.6 so there was no hurry. :) Thanks for the compliment.
@2createawebsite I don't like to upgrade right away because sometime the plugins take a little longer to upgrade. I like give the rest of world some time to catch up with the new versions.
You have a teacher's voice. I feel like I'm in school again -- in a good way.

isn't using -9999 to push it off screen a bit of an accidental SEO blackhat technique, and going to get you Google bashed?? for ranking?
