you draw your sketch on one layer, then do another for the main outline, and etc.. tons of layers for coloring and etc etc x.x'';;

I have SAI, it's a very good program. If you really want crisp colors and easy learning-curve, SAI is worth the ~$50 dollars.

The Song that starts at 1:44 is "Packaged" by Miku Hatsune.- I think it's from the PSP- 'Project Diva' game? You can find it on YouTube under the PSP- 'Project Diva' stuff anyways.Hope that helps some. ^_^

well, actually, it is. they just configured it differently than yours probably is. i have Sai too, and i've screwed around with the settings enough to know that it can look like that. also, at the end, it shows the person searching google for sai, so... :)

Well my power tends to go out a lot so I gave up on anything related to long hours and lots of writing/drawing/creating. I just forget to save even though I know that it will go out. Happens in spring and winter either because of snow or strong wind |: I use post-its to remember saving ~_~;
