That's why people say it's always hardest to do what's right. Smallville is the story of superman which is similar to the story of the bible. The father sending his only son to save us..... if you think about it there's nothing really wrong it's just a way that god tests us. He gives us the bad to appreciate the good and to stay on track.
I live in the UK, so have to wait months for it to come out. However, this was the first scene i saw on the internet before it came out in the UK that inspired me to watch all of the series on the internet. So that is what i have done up to now :D this scene is awesome anyway
I get why people complained about not having a good fight. Not everyone who watches the show reads comics and doesn't know what happens when. When people see Doomsday's on the show and every episode it's repeated that Doomsday is coming, or that he's unstoppabble, or that he's gonna kill Clark, they kinda have expectations for something big. And in the end to not have that payoff, I get all the complaining. But I know the mythos, so it didn't bother me that much. Next time CK is gonna get it. ;)
Clark didn't want to fight Doomsday. He wanted to bury him underground. That's why there wasn't a showdown. Smallville proved in the past they can have some good fights. But they lined it with the mythos where Doomsday comes from beneath the Earth. Also originally he doesn't have a human alter ego and is just a mindless monster. That's what they did in the finalle. Turned him into the Doomsday we know. Just as the show it's about Clark's origins, so it was about Doomsday's origin in S8.

because it is a different adaption of superman. they move the story in a different direction than the original. personally i hope this is the last season with the death of superman at doomsday's hand. what better way to end it?
Jimmy can't die, he is the photographer of lois in every episode of Lois And Clark and even superman movies.. he won't die.. but worse yet, chloe could cause she is a character made only in smallville series.. i think she would appear and cure jimmy.. and then die.. Well at the end producers killed jimmy and made another one.. his little brother apparently with the same name, that got jimmy's camera from chloe. It makes a good sense cause they real jimmy is younger than all the characters, but i think people had already identified with the one who died though.....

It means that Chloe had lost the memory no longer know who your friend is Clark? I was a little sad, I am more sorry for the fans more Chloe I always found it very strange ... I mean a person other than his parents know who he really is.
Now the story will have a little more to do with the comics and the movies and cartoons.

Smallville producer should be even more realistic and put some black people in this show. Not just Pete Ross. There are black people in this world of som called hero. Bringin Darkseid. The real Darkseid..the one that uses the boomtomb if you are gonna mix the comic book up

I like Smallville but they are seriously way off the mark of the comic book. If they are just creating their own, have it not be that a person as young as Clark defeat a powerful alien as Doomsday. Clark is basically still a kid. How can a kid beat something that powerful that was created to die and come back alive again even more powerful, like that Doomsday movie. It was a messed up from the story line about doomsday. He can not be killed, that is how he was created.

and in the comic book Doomsday not really die in the doble k.o. scene, she die or stay fainting after the fight with Superman Erradicator...

because it is a different adaption of superman. they move the story in a different direction than the original. personally i hope this is the last season with the death of superman at doomsday's hand. what better way to end it?

Jimmy can't die, he is the photographer of lois in every episode of Lois And Clark and even superman movies.. he won't die.. but worse yet, chloe could cause she is a character made only in smallville series.. i think she would appear and cure jimmy.. and then die.. Or maybe Brainiac will damage his brain again or something like that

Well at the end producers killed jimmy and made another one.. his little brother apparently with the same name, that got jimmy's camera from chloe. It makes a good sense cause they real jimmy is younger than all the characters, but i think people had already identified with the one who died though.....

so sick of this season dragging on, the first episode was great, then Maxima was action filled but not done "well" in regards to the character.. Then the writing out of super girls, and the idea only zod and his wife have escaped.. Little much. not even together..
I just wish clark would fly, get his super freeze breath , and not hide who he is, just hide who Superman is outside when he's wearing a tie..

Well I think that Clark is going to get his ass kicked in the beggining and some more superhero will try to fight doomsday as well.
Then when Doomsday suddenly attacks chloe,Lois or Lana that´s the moment clark
get´s angry ore more like pissed off and for the first time in Smallville he will show his reel power like the old movie when he turned back time.
He Will beat the living hell out of Doomsday like never before in a fight that is longer than 2 min and somhow defeat him.
