I am pretty sure you've never been to Harargae, if you were, you won't blame them for wearing it in the heat wave. When they come to Addis, No Drea! Once my aunt wore drea to a corner shop in Addis, she felt like a zombie & never tried that again. It is a NO NO in Addis. I guess they will stop wearing it when you stop chewing khat :)

You need supply routes, a steady and reliable source for weaponry etc. There are plenty of weapons, it just requires a methodical way to bring them to the frontlines away from the enemy's reach. The Isaaq are weak, they rely on our traitors. We have two battles, one with the Munafiq who is from Awdal but serves the interets of the Iidoor and the iidoor temselves. The establishment of this state could not have come at a better time politically speaking. I suspect the Oromos (Reer Hargeisa) will attempt to nip this in the bud by paying off some munafiqs in Awdal. It was always inevitable. It will take time, maybe 2,3 or even 10 years to completely seal off the border between the two peoples but it is worth the efforts. Establishing a defensive military wing should come even before state institutions. The SNM flag must be declared "Haram" in Awdal.
