LaRouche's "beliefs" are a dizzying gaggle of socially conservative and economically socialist proposals (which to me approaches the definition of fascism). He also seems to advocate a technocracy and often refers to particular historical figures or philosophers (Ben Franklin, Immanuel Kant, FDR) to make it appear as if he was drawing his ideas from them.

LaRouche is the the opposite of a libertarian, if that helps.
