election in morocco is a jock, you can't teach democracy when you have 70% illiterates(they can't read)...it would make sense if your country spend it money on educating it population first....and that's why people in west are laughing including some educated arabs.

I know there are some uneducated Moroccans, and that is normal, as morocco exports a lot of goods from this sector. Not to mention all the berbers and sahraouis, whom are both illitereates as most of 'em can't read Arabic.

But i've been in morocco during that vote, and the authorities made the illiterates capable of voting very easily...

The illiterates rate of 70% is a myth, the rate is today around 40% or 30%, and less than 7 ou 6% are jobless...
