Oh God I miss you, my Sasha Husky. You were a stray outside of a Wendy's in August - in Oklahoma. I miss you every day. I found you - a stray - on August 8, 2001 and you died of cancer on December 19, 2004. I miss you so much every day of my life. I pray I will see you again because I love you more than life itself. My God, how I miss you! I love you "Sashie".
Wow that makes me think, Last year, my pug Miley passed on to heaven I still cry about her. I'm devastated that she passed, she got hit by a car in front of my house.... she died instantly.
I was coming home..... I got a call..... My dad told me what had happened.... I started crying and crying. When I was going to sleep i kept thinking, "Wow this same bed she had slept in with me that morning and she was just snoring away" over and over. It's like that happened yesterday all over again.
@mileypug1 same thing for me just yesterday only had my kenzel for 1 year but he rad back to the house after getting hit rip all animals especially kenzel
That was so sweet :( It made me think about my bunny Oddball who passed last wednesday. I was in a really deep depresion for a while till I remembered this poem. They are not really dead. Their bodies are just husks, their sprits live on inside our hearts and in our minds. And when it is time for us to go, we'll met at rainbow bridge and be together forever.
I will never forget my sweet dog, Tippy. She was so loyal...I will never believe it was her time to go, she was taken by epilepsy. She had one big seizure that was the end...I will love her always....
What a beautiful tribute to your precious Ellie and all the other family members who are now living at the wonderful and beautiful Rainbow Bridge. Knowing that they're ok and being taken care of helps to ease the pain of being separated (for now) Thank You for sharing this with the rest of us. Besides when we meet up again they might introduce us to their group of Rainbow Bridge Friends.
