I know I'm a bit late, but you can use the air glitch in the Xbox 360 Version, just exactly the way it's shown in this video. You have to press jum, THEN Forward and THEN aim. You may not stop while youre walking in the air.

God I didn't know you could use the flight glitch to go behind the waterfall, I might have to try myself.

I've gotten this to work on the wii version (along with some other glitches), but I can't break through the waterfall at all :(

If you're doing it in exactly the same way, it might not work on the Wii, sry I don't know.
