All COG soldiers (inlcuding females) are injected with a serum that makes them have a massive growth spurt, growing to 7 or 8 feet tall, and gaining massive muscle. Since Anya is not a COG soldier, but just feeds intel to then, she was not injected with the serum, meaning she is probably the hottest chick left in the world, hence the reason that all the men love seeing her :P

Yeah I like Anya too. I mean if you didn't catch the look Marcus had on his face in the first game, then you might have noticed that she makes Marcus melt every time she gets close to him. It's like she has his heart in the palm of her hand man.
