u are very wrong turkey cannot create 40 million soldiers in a second because that is more than half its population . the onnly way it can create 40 milllion is if mother Turkiye is invaded by another country then they would have to call up every reserve which is compulsory for them to fight . but in a normal war not an Invasion Turkey can pull out 1.5 million soliders at max . but ur right in an INVASION they can call 35 million in a second but only in an INVASION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
