I was so happy when I first saw this music video (how many years ago?), and the next day I went out to find the CD, and strangely enough, Future Shop had it. (I'm in Canada.) One of the best lounge cover albums I've ever heard, the arrangements and vocals are just incredible.
@MrVlada011 That's the one! I find I like it better than Cash Landing, his second album. A good jazz arrangement can really do a lot for a pop/rock song.
Does anyone know what happened to him> His website isn't there anymore and I haven't been able to find any show listing for him for a few years. Where did he go? We miss him!
Yes please!! just leave a message on my youtube page with contact details for Frank. I'd love to see him live again. Its good to know he's still around. XD :D
Why this genius hasn't reached a much wider audience, I haven't the faintest idea. If I were ever in a relationship with a woman who didn't appreciate that this video is both entertaining and funny on so many different levels - I dump her without hesitation.
Because what he does takes zero creativity - take a rock piece and do it in the rat Pack style, whop de do. There are other such acts - Puppini Sisters, Dave Lee Roth covered Jump as bluegrass, and so what? It's just a cover that, come to think of it, hurts the original character of the song. Someone who feels like a creep in front of someone perfect would not moo Sinatra-style but wail like Yorke and scream :"fucking special" instead of this lame schmooze. This is just a forgettable joke.
@gormarx: It's a generational thing I think. Baby boomers and older would consider this approach a more approapriate way of getting that ache off your chest. The fact it's Gen X lyrics is to me an interesting twist...ok, so it's not your cup of tea, that's cool. As for me, I like this kind of thing...like Max Raabe who does modern concepts in a 1920's burlesque style. Each to their own.
@hownowbrowntau Ya like classical music? Yeah, who does?! Beethoven. Brahms. Elgar. Et fuckin cet COVERS! Maybe Frank should've covered The Air That I Breathe by the Hollies. But you'd know that Tom pays a handsome royalty to Albert Hammond and Mike Hazlewood every time 'Creep' gets played, or do you block your ears when the bridge comes up? People grow from the things they love. What's forgettable is your priggish snobbery born of a self appointed claim to something that's not yours.
@gormarx Ya like classical music? Yeah, who does?! Beethoven. Brahms. Elgar. Et fuckin cet et fuckin cet. COVERS! Maybe Frank should've covered The Air That I Breathe by the Hollies. @avenlac So? This is crap all the same. And you're an idiot if you thin that paying classical music is a cover, of course. Try school; a few years might add boost your IQ to the double-digit realm.
I just fell here looking for a cool cover and I guess this was too much of a cover for me(and I actually didn't like it, but that's just my opinion)... So I just had to say something about his singing like Frank Sinatra (I found it a bit disturbing in my head)
I apologise in advance just in case I went uncouth again...
Thanks, forgiven... and I'm sorry for saying that... I truly think so though and I know it's obvious and I shouldn't have posted a comment about it, but I guess I couldn't stop myself and then it was to late to go back... Cheers and all

He's around. He actually supported a homeless rock band at the world youth day in 2008. No kidding.
